December Blog - Special Birthday!
Hi everyone.
What a week! A week away from spooking but busy nonetheless. My big birthday, that I don't really want to talk about, happened. I warned everyone not to send cards with the number 5 on it, and most of my GOOD friends adhered. Those who didn't will not get a mention in my book, which is coming along quite nicely. I've written 14 chapters and I'm only up to the age of 9. I didn't realise how hilarious my childhood was!! Anyway back to the big birthday.... I had a great eve of birthday with all my family, we went for a lovely meal and lil Bec decorated the room with banners etc that I tried to ignore. We all had a fab night. I hope I didn't spoil the surprise of a birthday cake, I just knew I was getting one, as much as Bec tried to convince me I wasn't She failed. On the big day itself Michael took me away for a fab weekend to Edinburgh and surprised me with dinner at the Dome. I was spoilt all weekend and have posted a photo of us at the German Xmas Markets in Edinburgh drinking Gluhwein. Lurvly!
Oh well maybe being 50 is not so bad after all. Thanks to all my family and friends for making it so special.
Norman says that age is a gift. To be happy healthy and loved for this many years is a true blessing!
Anyway back to my writing, hope you all have a wonderful Christmas
